Service Description. This Site describes Crane Services, Crane Rentals, Heavy Equipment Lifting, Rigging Services, Hoisting Services provided by McCannon Crane Service LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. McCannon Crane Service LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. McCannon Crane Service LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. McCannon Crane Service LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, McCannon Crane Service LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify McCannon Crane Service LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. IA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. McCannon Crane Service LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
